- You are responsible for any costs associated with receiving SMS messages from Rise Group Care.

- If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from Rise Group Care, you may opt out by replying “STOP” to any of the SMS messages you receive.
- After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you re-opt-in.
