Rise Group Care is located at 40 Union Ave in Irvington, right in the heart of Essex County. Our office is minutes from the Irvington Bus Terminal on Springfield Ave, making us easy to reach from anywhere in town.
We provide psychiatry and therapy for adults, teens and children 8 and up: medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, couples counseling and Spravato® treatment. We take Medicaid, Medicare and most insurance plans, and we offer a sliding scale for those paying out of pocket.
Many of our patients come from right here in Irvington, as well as nearby Elizabeth, Union, Hillside and Maplewood. Telehealth visits are also available anywhere in New Jersey.
